Returns Policy

Returning non-customised items

Christmas Returns Extension - All items purchased from after the 1st November 2018 are eligible return up until 31st January 2019 subject to our standard terms and conditions of return.

If you are not completely satisfied with the item(s) purchased from, you can return it to us within fourteen (14) days of receipt of item(s) for a refund.

Please Note

This does not include any item that has been customised in any manner in accordance with your instructions. All items bought from “Club Shops” are classed as customised items and are therefore non-returnable.

Items must be returned in original condition to be accepted as a return.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in a resalable condition.

Returns that are worn, damaged, or soiled will not be accepted back for a refund.

Items must be returned with despatch note in original packing with Raging Bull tags attached.

No refund will be given without a despatch note or other proof of purchase.

For reasons of health and hygiene we are unable refund the following products:

  • Underwear
  • Swimwear
  • Hats

Original postage charges are not refundable except for faulty or incorrectly received items.

Returning or exchanging part of a multi-buy offer

If returning a single item to us from an order placed under a multi-buy offer, this may be exchanged for an alternative product included in the same offer. Alternatively the balance refunded will take into account the undiscounted price of the retained item/s.

Please note: We strongly recommend that all customers obtain proof of postage from the sending office, to safeguard the returning parcel.

NB. We are unable to accept responsibility for goods which do not reach us.

Cost in returning items

For all UK returns there is no carrier charge for returning your item for any reason, you may however be charged a re-stocking fee for any non-faulty items that are returned to us not in their original condition.

For International returns, where you wish to return an item that is not faulty or defective, you are liable to pay for the cost of returning the item to us. In addition, any extra costs incurred in processing your exchange or refund is at the company’s discretion.

Time to process returns

We will try to process your exchange or refund as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 14 working days for us to action your request.
